As autumn arrives, I hope you are relishing the transformation of the season. Marin offers a unique experience during this time of year, characterized by warm days and crisp evenings, as well as a vibrant real estate market. Last month, Apple executive Jony Ive secured a substantial $73 million in Belvedere real estate, further amplifying the attention of our market. Marin County has witnessed a surge in luxury home purchases, with 18 luxury properties entering into contracts and 34 sold within the past month. Astute investors are making strategic decisions in San Francisco and Marin before the market experiences a significant upturn in the upcoming year. This presents an opportune moment to invest!
