Since my last note, Kara and I were honored to attend the Sotheby’s International Realty Top 100 Agents Worldwide Dinner in New York City, where we were once again recognized among the Top 100 agents and teams globally. This distinction is especially meaningful because it reflects the trust our clients place in us and the care we bring to every transaction. For 23 years, that trust has been the foundation of our work, and we remain deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve you.
That same confidence is evident across the San Francisco market. Economic momentum remains strong, driven by record venture capital investment—more than $140 billion this year alone, with AI leading the charge. Rising wages and renewed hiring have pushed rental prices back to pre-pandemic levels and fueled growth in luxury home values, with a record number of $15M+ and $20M+ sales recorded this year, marking the highest total ever recorded in a single year. In San Francisco, median home prices rose sharply year over year, homes are selling quickly, and most are closing well above asking. As we look ahead, the potential combination of easing mortgage rates, rising incomes, and a strong stock market could bring even more motivated buyers into the market.
